Once uploaded, your episodes are accurately mapped to the correct HCP Annual Report period, hospital type, DRG version and DRG. By comparing each episode against the Sate and National Averages you can immediately benchmark the performance of each hospital in your group and decide where to invest time and money in your negotiations.

Our ROADS platform gives executives and boards an immediate view of the overall hospital groups performance, which health funds it is under performing with and quantifies the size of the opportunity. EHA's journey began when its founders recognised that many small hospital operators can not afford the services, analytics and insights needed to optimise their health fund negotiations and procurement activities. EHA's first product, ROADS, was developed with the ambitious goal to level the health fund negotaition playing field for these providers.
