David is a health sector expert with deep experience across private hospitals, health insurers, and government.
As the driving force behind our product vision, David brings the frontline knowledge that ensures every solution we build solves real, high-value problems in healthcare.
Before founding the company, David held senior roles in hospital contracting and health funding strategy, where he led negotiations, shaped public policy, and built data tools that delivered tangible results.
At the intersection of policy, performance, and innovation, David leads with purpose — turning complex healthcare challenges into opportunities for improvement.

Dr Cameron McPherson
Cameron is a seasoned data and technology expert with a track record of delivering analytics solutions in some of the most complex and high-integrity environments — from defence and financial crime to healthcare and hospital funding.
As the technical co-founder of Empowered Health Analytics, Cameron leads the architecture, development, and optimisation of our data platforms. His experience spans end-to-end data engineering and advanced analytics, including work on ETL integrity for defence systems, financial crime reporting pipelines, hospital cost modelling, and healthcare payment integrity analysis.
With Cameron leading our technical strategy, we’re able to bridge the gap between what’s possible with what’s needed in the boardroom, the policy brief, or the contract negotiation.

Amit Saha
Amit is the technical architect behind our platform — a seasoned software engineer and systems thinker with over a decade of experience delivering high-performance, secure, and scalable technology solutions.
His engineering leadership has spanned organisations large and small, from fast-moving startups to mature product teams with hundreds of engineers.
As co-founder, Amit brings deep expertise in computer science, platform architecture, and backend reliability.
Whether working on legacy monoliths or taming sprawling microservices, Amit’s approach is pragmatic, precise, and always focused on delivering maximum value to the end user.
