ABOUT EHA

Built by health funding, analytics and technology specialists.

THE INFORMATION GAP

Internal reports show history. EHA shows position

Health fund negotiations are becoming more complex, more data-driven and more commercially consequential.

Most private hospitals know what they were paid. Fewer have a clear, independent view of whether that funding is aligned to benchmark, where gaps may be concentrated and what improved contract outcomes could be worth.

That gap matters. Without external benchmarking, leadership teams can enter insurer negotiations without the evidence needed to understand their commercial position, quantify the opportunity or challenge funding assumptions with confidence.

EHA exists to give hospitals that visibility.

Our team combines health funding expertise, ROADS analytics, secure technology and advisory support to help private hospitals move from internal reporting to negotiation-ready evidence.

EHA is led by a multidisciplinary team with experience across private hospitals, health insurers, government, data engineering, healthcare analytics, enterprise technology and commercial growth.

Together, the team supports hospitals from benchmarking and funding impact modelling through to executive evidence packs and advisory support for insurer negotiations.
